Private speech coaching and accent modification sessions are the most efficient way to fast-track the process of speech improvement. Because of the immediate feedback from an instructor, clients are often able to make changes quickly and with a better understanding of what to do on their own in the future.
Lessons typically consist of structured exercises and a great deal of natural conversational exercises. Your instructor will send you a recording (and a written document) after each session which highlight some of the more difficult words and phrases from that day. Homework is not required but is always offered and encouraged.
Every client is different, and personal learning preferences (and goals!) are always taken into consideration. We have some clients who love textbook exercises and others who only want to practice in conversation.
